We are an innovative tech-company that works for a safe, sustainable and efficient construction within the construction industry. With focus on economic, ecological and social sustainability, Brinja works towards building a sustainable society. Since January 2018, Brinja has had customers from the construction industry (NCC, Skanska, Peab and more) and through feedback, we have succeeded in streamlining a number of areas around the construction process.
Through Brinja's services, companies get a safer work environment, reduced CO2 emissions and automated processes. Today, Brinja has developed a whole ecosystem, and some of the services we offer today are:

Who are you?
To succeed in the role Customer Success Manager, we believe that your profile should fit the following requirements:
You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar
You have gained first experience in Customer Relationship Management, Communications or Customer Support (not a must-have, but a plus)
You have a customer-oriented mindset and think backwards from the customer’s point of view
You know how to handle ad hoc issues and sort out complex situations into actionable activities.
You are an excellent communicator and team player: you work effectively with all members of the organization and different cultures.
You are fluent in English and Swedish.
What will you do?
As the Customer Success Manager, you will have daily contact with all current customers. You will help them with eventual problems, if they have any questions etc. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects work as they should, and that all customers are satisfied. Trips to all our current projects, onboarding and if necessary installation are also included. Answering E-mail and phone calls are part of your daily routines.
